We work with you to build a complete functional specification so you know exactly what you'll be getting, helping you through the tough decisions along the way.
TEST
 With a functional specification complete, we assign the work to one of our lower-cost distributed teams. This is where the "unbeatable cost" world comes into play. With clear instructions on implementation and architecture from the senior teams, our lower-cost distributed teams can dig into the actual construction. We keep you posted on a regular basis with progress updates and ensure that any questions or concerns get addressed immediately throughout the process.
DELIVER
 Each of the project milestones and deliverables are tested and reviewed by the senior team to ensure quality and consistency.
When we have tested to our satisfaction, we turn the work over to you for final testing and approval. We're not finished until you are 100% satisfied.
